GOING INTERNATIONAL NA ang career ng isa sa may pinakamagandang mukha sa telebisyon at pelikula at GMAAC Prime Artist na si Gwen Zamora dahil ito ang napili para mapasama sa isang Indonesian indie film, ang The Witness.

Kuwento nga ni Gwen, marami silang pinagpilian pero masuwerte raw siya ang napili ng mga Indonesian producer.

“I’m the witness, from the title, The Witness. I play a Filipina expat who works in a hotel, I’m half-American, half-Filipina.”

Tsika pa nito na mapapanood daw ito next year, mga January o March. “Ang pagkakaalam ko it will be going to be shown here in the Philippines by January or March po.”

Dagdag pa nito na kakaibang Gwen ang mapapanood ng kanyang mga tagahanga sa The Witness. “Grabe kakaiba ang role ko dito, intense talaga, I didn’t expect my role to be that powerful. Kaya
naman I’m very very happy and thankful to be part of (The) Witness.

“There’s a lot of action, a lot of shooting, a lot of blood. Madugo talaga ‘yung Gwen Zamora na makikita ninyo rito. All the stunts, I did myself, so half of my shooting days, I had bruisies everywhere. My kneecap was sort of out for a while, so I was [in and out] of the hospital and I was always on painkillers, so it was really intense talaga.

“Ibang-ibang movie talaga ito compared sa ibang roles na nagawa ko. This is maraming iyakan. Oh, my God! A lot of crying, which you’ve never seen from me yet.”

At kahit nga raw two months na ang stay sa Indonesia si Gwen kasama ang Talent Development Head ng GMAAC na si Ms. Lou Gopez, hindi naman nabihag ang puso ng magandang dilag ng mga Indonesian local guys. Purely trabaho raw ang ipinunta roon ni Gwen at hindi ang magkaroon ng lovelife, dahil career daw ang focus nito ngayon sa kanyang buhay.
